📋MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Membership is non-transferable — benefits apply only to the individual on the subscription and cannot be used by anyone else.
• Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment from the date of signup.
• Free RSVPs and member perks are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Brunch and After Dark are separate events — a brunch reservation/perk cannot be used as a substitute for an After Dark reservation, or vice versa.
• Event announcement timing follows tier: Champagne members are notified first, Rosé members receive prior notice, and Mimosa members are notified with general release.
